Information on how to enter into these terms and conditions. By entering into the monthly fishing draw you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Who is eligible: Entry is open to clients who have been on a Splash Out Charters Ltd cruise. Splash Out Charters Ltd client are eligible to enter unless the client has been removed due to intoxication or damage to self, others or vessel on any charter. A fishing charter, sightseeing cruise, wedding event, party time or funeral farewell where a charter purchased at market value of the current price of that charter or greater is eligible to enter. Employees (and their immediate families) or prize winners on that charter redeeming thier charter are not eligible to enter.  How to Enter: Complete the entry form provided on your charter, your entry form automatically go into the monthly fishing draw. Entrants should ensure that their personal details are correct at the time of registration. Each person may enter the prize draw only once per charter exceeding $100+GST. The monthly fishing draw commences on the first day of each month and ends at 12:00 midnight at the end of the same month. Winners: The prize draw will take place within the first 7 days of the following month. The first valid entry drawn will win the Free Fishing Trip. The winner will be notified by telephone and/or email using the details provided on the entry card. The winner will receive by post the Free Fishing Trip Voucher with thier name printed on this. It is then up to the winner to contact and book thier next fishing charter on a casual trip. In the event a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of the monthly draw, the fishing trip will be forfeited by the winner and will be redrawn. The winner agrees to make themselves available for reasonable promotional and publicity purposes, with photos of them. The winner may include a short story of the awesome experience while cruising on our lovely Auckland Harbours.  Prize Terms: The Prize is for one fishing charter or a harbour cruise arranged by Splash Out Charters to be determined by Splash Out Charters Ltd, it could be changed or rebooked at anytime due to weather conditions. In the event that the Prize is unavailable despite Splash Out Charters Ltd reasonable endeavours, Splash Out Charters Ltd reserve the right to substitute a different event/cruise of equal or greater value. Fishing or harbour cruise charter are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Charters will be taken when Splash Out Charters Ltd and the winner agree to the charter day, but the vessel is up to Splash Out Charters Ltd. Where possible both parties should allow 28 days from the date of the prize draw for delivery of their prize. Splash Out Charters Ltd reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions. Splash Out Charters Ltd decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Variations: Splash Out Charters Ltd reserves the right to vary any of the terms of entry applying to the monthly fishing entry draw or to modify, terminate, suspend or reschedule this draw.  Exclusions and Liability:Splash Out Charters Ltd are not responsible for late or misdirected entries and take no responsibility for any entries not correctly written on the entry registration form. Splash Out Charters Ltd and its related companies, employees and agencies shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with entering the monthly draw registration form or claiming/winning any prize, except as required by law. Use of Personal Information: All entries remain the property of Splash Out Charters Ltd. All personal information will be collected and stored by Splash Out Charters Ltd in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993. You have the right to access your personal information and request correction of any errors in it pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993 by contacting Splash Out Charters Ltd at the address below. Splash Out Charters Ltd may use entrants personal information from entries to conduct a promotion and for its own future promotional and publicity purposes. By entering this monthly fishing charter draw, entrants consent to the use of their information as described above. Clients please rest assure that Splash Out Charters Ltd will not supply your personal information to any person/s, company or club without first obtaining written authority from you personally.
